Summary

Are you a passionate about customer service?

Working in the Machines area of the Bingo Club, you will be the point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will provide a combination of service, support and game knowledge to both new and existing customers. 

Your professional attitude and exceptional service skills will make sure our customers have a great time with us.

Responsibilities

Duties of this role include:

• Delivery of exceptional customer service to make our customers feel special
• Recognising opportunities to provide customers with refreshments and snacks
• Delivering new member tours in the machines area
• Demonstrating games to customers
• General housekeeping in the Machines area, ensuring it is presentable and that the area is clean and tidy
• Driving promotions effectively, including tournaments and campaigns
• Understanding of competitor activity on a weekly and monthly basis

Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour

We are looking for dynamic, fun and friendly people who have previously worked within a customer service role – preferably in retail, leisure or gaming environments. Your friendly and enthusiastic manner will mean our customers will be delighted to be served by you. 

Outstanding communication skills are essential, you must be able to adapt to specific customers on an individual basis. 

Basic understanding of gaming environments is preferable but not essential – you must have the ability to understand all games, to be able to demonstrate new games to both customers and staff members. 

We open our bingo clubs to suit our customer needs, therefore flexibility towards hours of work is a must in this role. In general, clubs are open from 10am to 10pm and working hours will be within this time frame.
