General Overview

Responsible for general administrative duties to support the local Finance and Human Resources functions of VAULT-IC UK LIMITED (An Inside Secure Company). This role is based in East Kilbride, is part-time (24 Hours per week) and reporting to the Senior HR Officer.

Main Responsibilities

Finance

Duties associated with this part of the role are:

-       Invoicing

-       Processing purchase orders

-       Posting journals

-       Checking supplier statements

-       Processing expenses

-       Assist with payment runs

-       Assist with month end duties

-       Filing and ad-hoc duties as required

Human Resources

Duites associated with this part of the role are: 

-       Holiday and absence monitoring

-       Training co-ordination

-       Recruitment administration

-       Benefits administration

-       HR Record keeping

-       Maintenance of HR Policies and Procedures

-       Filing and ad-hoc duties as required

Main Interfaces

Internally:

·         Cost centre managers

·         Employees

·         Department Managers

·         Purchasing Team

Externally:

·         Vendors

·         Banks

·         Other miscellaneous

Educational background

HNC in finance or related discipline

Required experience

Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role

Customer-facing administrative support

Required skills  & personal requirements

Good attention to detail

Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines

Ability to multi-task

Flexible approach to work

Tenacious and Reliable

Good time keeping

Good communication skills

Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Experience of SAP is preferred but not essential
