Accounts Receivable Specialist East Kilbride   £19000 - £20000 per annum

Search Consultancy are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to work for a well established organisation based in East Kilbride on a 6 month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to progress their career.

The main duties:
- Daily checking and clearing of SAP billing/posting errors
- Mailing of all customer invoices
- Daily reconciliations from bank to credit card settlement
- Posting of all relevant credit card settlement charges on a daily basis
- All multi currency cash postings on a daily basis
- Preparation of all received cheques for banking.
- Daily liaison with internal customers within the organisation
- Credit and Sales query resolution, account clearing, general issues
- Processing of any required customer VAT adjustments
- Preparation of month end unallocated cash report for credit team
- Month end reconciliation of AR trade accounts and credit card clearing accounts

The main requirements:
- Previous accounts receivable/sales ledger experience
- Experience with high volume transactions
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Advanced Excel skills
- SAP experience would be an advantage
