Senior Financial Analyst Glasgow   Between 40000 and 45000 UKP per year

Networkers are currently recruiting for a fully qualified financial analyst to perform a key commercial focused finance role. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the successful candidate will have robust management accounts experience and the role holder will be responsible for supplying high quality management information, financial analysis and decision support to operational teams.

Requirements:

Preparation of budgets and quarterly forecasts in conjunction with key stakeholders.
Preparation of insightful financial analysis, explaining KPI trends and highlighting potential issues and opportunities.
Review and analysis of proposal submissions and funding requirements.
Provision of financial information to support new commercial arrangements.
Continuous improvement of internal controls, systems and processes, especially in relation to maintaining data integrity.
Developing and maintaining an effective risk management framework.


To succeed in this role, you will be a fully qualified accountant with strong technical experience, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills to develop robust working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation. You will be a confident communicator, skilled in organisation with a firm understanding of processes, reporting and systems. You will also be able to communicate effectively with non financials to effectively present and convey complex financial information. Extensive reporting and forecasting experience must be demonstrated. Excellent IT skills with robust practical experience of finance systems are a key requirement of this role.
