Accounts Assistant / Cashier Paisley   £Dependant on Experience

We are seeking an Accounts Assistant / Cashier for our Paisley site.

 What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate should have previous experience of computerised accounting and working in a high volume environment.

Previous experience in the motor trade is not essential. Minimum HNC Accounts is desirable.

Duties include:

•    Maintaining cashbooks
•    Daily banking
•    Cheque writing
•    Monthly bank reconciliation
•    Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers

You should have:
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    An enthusiastic approach to the motor industry with a desire to succeed and achieve
•    A willingness to learn and become part of a busy team
•    High level of professionalism
•    A ‘can-do’ attitude with a positive approach to each and every task
•    Strong team ethic whilst being able to work on own initiative
