What is the Role? To contribute towards the development of individual and community capacity, either individually or in groups in order to strengthen communities by improving people's knowledge, skills and confidence, organisational ability and resources.

What will you do?

Work as a member of a team and with key partners in the planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of programmed which meet the learning and development needs of local individuals and groups.

What do you need to bring?

CeVe validated qualification in Community Education at Degree/Diploma/Post Graduate or equivalent level. Experience of working within communities in a variety of settings.
