Salary: £40,416 - £44,198 Pro-rata
You will lead and support our Assessment and Care Management Team, which consists of a number of experienced and committed Social Workers and Occupational Therapists. A DipSW or equivalent, Dip COT/BSc OT, and registration with either SSSC or HPC is essential. Extensive experience in Assessment and Care Management, provision or purchase of services and continuing professional development or post-qualification award, particularly in management, plus experience of budget management is highly desirable. The service is currently piloting a new way of working regarding duty arrangements. You will work 14 hours per week.

This post is temporary until January 2014. Successful applicants for posts working with children or vulnerable adults will be subject to disclosure checks or the new PVG scheme.
