Stirling Park LLP Field Liaison Officer Kilmarnock   £15,000 + Bonus

As a result of continued success and an ambition to grow the business, Stirling Park LLP - one of Scotland’s leading specialists of Debt Collection & Sheriff Officer Services, is seeking to expand our Collections Field division.

The Role

Based in Kilmarnock, however travelling throughout Scotland, the successful candidates will be responsible for contacting customers to arrange payment for outstanding debt.

The main duties of the role include:-

• Travelling to customers homes to establish payment arrangements or facilitate payments in full; and
• Negotiating payment terms with clients to recover debts;

The Successful Candidate

An excellent communicator with a professional manner, strong influencing and negotiating skills accompanied with the drive to achieve results. The successful candidate must also possess the skills to ensure efficiency in a fast paced, high pressured environment.

Although full training will be provided, experience in conducting field enquiries/ investigations would be advantageous.

The successful candidate must have a clean driving licence as a fully expensed company car will be provided.
