i-design group plc (IDG.L) is the market leading provider of self service customer engagement software, interface design and media sales services.  To date our software is licensed on 21,500 cash machines covering some 2 billion customer transactions annually.  Our flagship, platform independent product joono enables banks to engage and interact with individual self service customers, one to one. Our product suite comprises web, tablet, smartphone and desktop applications for cloud and private networks. 

The Role

We are looking for a talented, focused, charismatic individual who has a proven track record in development team management, executing successful software production strategies.  You will have strong problem solving and organisational skills and the expertise to take ownership of the development release cycle using modern, flexible, accountable development methodologies.  A strong background in software development and motivational man-management is essential.

 The successful candidate will work closely with the software architect to ensure our product suite migrates to use the latest technologies whilst ensuring delivery of on-going customer requirements. You will be responsible for a talented team who boast a wide range of skills in developing and testing Windows-based desktop and web applications. You will have expertise in planning, documenting and prioritising of development activities and testing to deliver robust and on-time software deliveries.

The Location

Based in Dundee's City Quay, the i-design HQ is an open-plan, informal, agile working environment with wide views over the rejuvenated docks area.  Parking is right outside the door.
