The Company

The Role
We are looking for a talented, focused, charismatic individual who has a proven track record in team management of software products . You will have excellent communication, problem solving, organisational and client facing skills and the expertise to take ownership of the support processes.
The successful candidate will ensure that we are using the latest processes and adhering to response times in line with client expectations. You will be responsible for a small team of engineers supporting Windows-based applications. In addition you and your team will be responsible for implementing the software products into our client environments. You will have expertise in planning, documenting and prioritising of all activities.
Travel (both international and domestic) and on site work are part of the role. (up to 50%).
