Excellent opportunity for a skilled HR professional to join a fast moving goods organisation to work for their Head Office in Dundee as an HR Business Partner.

Role description:

Based in the company’s Dundee office in you will come from a busy, generalist HR role and will have worked within in Unionised environments, dealing with recruitment and selection, performance management, absence management, succession planning, employee engagement and change management. As a skilled HR professional you will be capable of supporting and embedding HR best practice within a complex organisation. You should have experience of leading and managing HR change projects and will be able to influence stakeholders at a senior level to drive the HR function forward. As such you will be able to transform strategic initiatives through to operational HR processes as evidenced by your achievements within a senior HR role.
