Project Officer – new build College project (Fixed Term for 3 years)

You will support the new build College project by providing high quality administration assistance and technical support to the Project Sponsor and Project Manager in all aspects of the new build College project through to completion. This will involve assisting in the development of the policies and administrative systems required for the effective delivery of the new build College project.

You will assist in providing timely project status reports to the Senior Management Team and other key stakeholders and will be responsible for minute taking and monitoring the progress of actions agreed at all new build College project meetings.

You will be educated to HNC level or equivalent with experience of working within the construction industry delivering high quality, effective and efficient administrative support.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this post, together with highly developed planning and organisational skills and an understanding of project and lifecycle costs.
