Description:
My client a national building contractor are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Day to day duties will include:
- Commercial forecasts for the scope of work in conjuction with the programme team
- Overall commercial Management of schemes
- Compliance within corporate systems
- Continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Procurement and letting of sub contracts
- Cost and variance reporting
- KPI monitoring and comparing performance
The successful candidate should have:
- BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent
- Specifically experience in D&B contracts
- Experience within the main contracting industry (6 years +) on Healthcare, Education and Leisure projects for new build and refurbishment contracts.
