Operations Manager Bathgate   £40000 per annum + Car

My client is a local market leader in the supply and installation of energy efficiency technology for the construction industry. With a healthy port folio of public and private sector clients 2012 looks to be a year of significant growth.

My clients specialism's include (but are not limited to) the installation of:

Cavity wall insulation, Loft insulation, Timber frame insulation, Gas central heating, Gas boiler upgrades, Air Source heat pumps, Solar PV panels (electricity), Solar thermal panels (hot water), Ground source heat pumps, Internal wall insulation, External wall insulation, Kitchen upgrades, Bathroom upgrades

A need exists for an ops manager to join the team in a key role which will involve reporting to directors and directly managing a team of contracts managers across the central belt.

For this role candidates will need to demonstrate specific experience in heating and electrical experience ideally gained in contract/ operations management type roles.

Candidates will ideally be qualified to degree level in an M&E construction discipline and show experience of working within operational roles coordinating multiple projects, back office activities and undertaking direct client liaison. Indepth knowledge of boiler replacements, heating installations and electrical rewires within social housing will be of benefit.

Salary is £40K + Car / Allowance.
