IT Service/ Project Manager Helensburgh   £38000 - £45000 per annum + Excellent benefits

Eden Scott's global client is looking to recruit an experienced ITIL Service/Project Manager to manage a team who are responsible for the operational delivery of all core services and outputs.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience of managing a service desk/ helpdesk, and work in an ITIL environment (SLA's, Incident Management etc)

In addition you will have knowledge of information systems, excellent Project Manager and strong leadership experience.

Ideally Prince 2 or PMI certified and ideally ITIL certified.

You will work in a crucial role which involves facing off to both internal and external customers.

This will therefore require someone with strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
