We are seeking to recruit full time young person's workers for work with our client; a secure accommodation service for young people. Duties will include providing guidance and support within an educational and social context, risk assessing, following care plans and liaising with outside agencies such as the social work department. An empathic and patient approach is essential for this position.
Successful candidates will have experience working within residential childcare settings with young people aged between 11 and 16 years or similar.
Excellent pay, free mandatory training and holidays are included within this position.
