Infrastructure Support Analyst required to join dynamic, Renfrewshire Based national company for maternity cover on a full-time basis. Applicants must have strong IT Infrastructure Support Analyst experience and have a strong technical background with Windows Server 2003/2008, Lotus Notes 8.5, Citrix, and Cisco Routers & Switches.
The Infrastructure Support Analyst will join a national organisation, and therefore must be technically sound with Windows Server 2003/2008 and Lotus Notes 8.5 (preferred), as well as have a strong background within technically and operationally complex multi-tasking environments, and be comfortable with liaising with team members and 3rd parties.
Essential Technologies: Windows Server 2003/2008, Lotus Notes 8.5, Citrix, Cisco Routers & Switches.
Desired Technologies: Microsoft Hyper-V, Dell Hardware, Active Directory, ITIL.
