Experienced Document Controller required for a construction site in the Gourock area to start in Feb 2012 for circa 52 week contract.  The right candidate should have on site construction experience managing design information and general administration duties.  You should have strong IT literacy combined with experience in document control.  This is an excellent opportunity to join an established main contractor, the project is a large scale new build and the role will be full time, site based. 

Responsibilities will include management of document storage/retrieval systems, maintaining drawing registers and project files, distribution of technical documentation to the relevant parties and general administration duties such as dealing with incoming calls, mail, arranging meetings whilst acting as a support function to the project teams.

It is a pre-requisite that the right candidate should be from the local catchment area.
