Site manager required for a new build housing development. The role is to start right away and will be work for between 3-6 months with the potential of being taken on permanently. Ideally the successful candidate will be within reasonable travelling distance to site, however the client are open to considering people out with Aberdeen. There may also be opportunities to work in and around the Tayside area so candidates within travelling distance of this region will also be of interest.
A CSCS Card, SMSTS Certificate and First Aid are essential. Experience in managing new build housing sites is also preferable.
