Due to continuing growth, we are recruiting an experienced Contact Centre Manager who will be based at our Head Office in Galashiels. This is an exciting new role to develop further our Contact Centre operations within the Operations and Customer Service division.

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • To lead, manage and motivate a team of Contact Centre personnel.
  • To provide accurate and timely reporting on Contact Centre performance using Microsoft  products.
  • To liaise with our technology department in developing the technology used within the Contact Centre.
  • To manage in our resource base and raise sourcing requests accordingly.
  • To act as key liaison between the Telephone Operations team and Customer Services team.
  • To manage the budget cost effectively.
  • To assist in the recruitment of suitable personnel for an expanding team.

The role will require an experienced Contact Centre Manager who has a strong coaching and people development background, experience in capacity management and continuous improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity to take up a pivotal Contact Centre management position within a fast growing national company.
