To provide a comprehensive HR&D service to the business to support the achievement of business objectives through design and delivery of effective HR solutions. Candidates should specialise in one or more of the following: Reward/C&B, L&D, Change Management or Talent Management.

Provide effective support to line management on range of employment issues including grievance, disciplinary, attendance management, training & development and performance management issues. Advise managers on employment law and employment policies
Support management of manpower resourcing plans and implementation of severance policies.
Design and manage recruitment campaigns, including role profiling, evaluation, advertising and assessment processes. Organise engagement campaigns such as Shaping Our Future.
Lead or contribute to functional and corporate change management processes.
Manage or contribute to projects linked to HR strategy including reward, employee relations and organisation design and development.
Contribute to the ongoing development and evaluation of HR processes, systems and procedures.
Design , source and procure tailored development solutions that support the organisational business needs
Advise on priority areas of skills development and learning and development policies
