Fixed term contract - 2 years
To provide a comprehensive HR&D service to the business to support the achievement of business objectives through design and delivery of effective HR solutions. Candidates should specialise in one or more of the following: Reward/C&B, L&D, Change Management or Talent Management.
Provide effective support to line management on range of employment issues including grievance, disciplinary, attendance management, training & development and performance management issues. Advise managers on employment law and employment policies
Support management of manpower resourcing plans and implementation of severance policies.
Design and manage recruitment campaigns, including role profiling, evaluation, advertising and assessment processes. Organise engagement campaigns such as Shaping Our Future.
Lead or contribute to functional and corporate change management processes.
Manage or contribute to projects linked to HR strategy including reward, employee relations and organisation design and development.
Contribute to the ongoing development and evaluation of HR processes, systems and procedures.
Design , source and procure tailored development solutions that support the organisational business needs
Advise on priority areas of skills development and learning and development policies
