Location: Edinburgh
Our client is currently looking for an experience Test Manager to take up a permanent position in Edinburgh. As Test Manager you will be responsible for the end to end testing of a number of core HR products/systems and will undertake and support UAT in the main. In addition you will support testing around legislative and business/policy changes. Working closely with, often managing, test partners, contractors and test consultancies (sometimes across Regions eg India) you will be used to remote management. As you will mainly be supporting UAT, you will regularly liaise with and train/support business users on testing in terms of how to design, structure and manage the testing process.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of end to end testing, UAT in particular, you will have demonstrable test management/leadership experience. As an experienced test expert you will have gained experience of test tools such as Test Director/Quality Centre (or similar). Whilst it would be highly advantageous to have gained your testing experience in Financial Services or within an HR environment, this is not essential.
