Part Time Customer Service Advisor Falkirk (Town)   £6.50 per hour

A well established and growing organisation based in Falkirk are looking to add to their team with part time customer service advisors.

This position is on a part time, temporary ongoing basis with immediate start dates available for the successful candidate. Hours will require regular evening and weekend work. You will be required to work 5pm- 8pm Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Saturday and alternate Sunday's but must be flexible with regards to hours as other shifts may be required.

Duties will include:
Act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries
Proactive inbound and outbound sales calls
Delivering exceptional levels of customer service on every call
Working towards individual and team targets

You must be able to demonstrate:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to build rapport/relationships quickly
Previous experience of a customer service role (either telephone based or face to face)
Strong computer skills
A willing to learn and positive attitude

Must be available for immediate interview and start date. Full training will be provided.
