The post holder will organise and deliver a campaign aimed at people affected by the ongoing welfare reforms, with a view to informing people affected what their options are maximising their incomes. You will give face to face and telephone advice to the public and will follow up on the advice given. The main areas of advice will be benefits.
You will represent customers at Social Security Appeals, and will develop/deliver information, talks and training to relevant groups..
Recent, relevant experience of giving advice is essential.
