What is the Role? To assess and provide housing related support to potentially homeless and previously homeless and previously homeless customers, to develop their skills in preparation for independant living.

What will you do?

Assessment: Identification and assessment of the support needs of clients, linking in with local services in customer preparation for independent living. Provision of support and resettlement: provide a comprehensive support and advice package to homeless/potentially homeless customers: assist budgeting skills and debt management: home management and life skills training: tenancy maintenance support: advice and support on accessing local support services: liaison with specialist support services: income maximisation.

What do you need to bring to the Role?

HNC/SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent Experience in either housing/social services or caring profession
