William Simpsons provides Residential, Respite and Daycare. The Residential Unit provides holistic care for men who have Alcohol Related Brain Damage and Mental Health Problems. The Respite and Day Care Centre provides holistic care for men and women. We are approaching a new challenging era with the opening of a new 64 single en-suite facility which will provide care for a mixed gender group.

We wish to recruit a Depute Manager to assist the Registered Care Manager to maintain and continue the future developing of Services. To succeed in the role you will -

• Have an S.V.Q. Level 4 Health and Social Care
• Have at least 5 years experience at a management level within the preferred Residential Social Care field.
• Have excellent personal skills and be communicative as well as interested in people 
• Be motivated and bring Social care ideas forward for discussion and development 
• Be able to organise, lead, manage staff.
