Salary: £20,738 - £22,673 Based in Buccleuch House, Dalkeith, you will be part of a team responsible for providing a comprehensive debt management service. You will be experienced in the recovery of local authority taxation, rents and sundry income.

You must have experience in debt collection and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of debt recovery legislation and procedures. You must also be an effective communicator, have accurate data entry skills and the ability to work under pressure.

You must have at least 2 Higher Grades (or equivalent) including English and Maths. However, evidence of competency in these areas or experience in a similar role will be an acceptable alternative.
