My client is a main contractor with a reputation for completing high value, mixed use developments.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced site manager in Edinburgh to be involved in a £30m mixed use development incorporating accommodation, retail and commercial aspects.
The role would last for circa 50 weeks and be on a CIS or Ltd basis.
Candidates must have main contracting experience and have worked on the construction of concrete frame buildings utilizing tower cranes., knowledge of multi trades and experience managing sub contractors as well as all site health and safety and documentation is essential.
To be considered you must hold as a minimum
CITB 5 Day Cert
First Aid
CSCS Card
The role is due to start in early march and candidates will need to be available to interview in Feb.
