Desktop Support Analsyt (1st and 2nd line)
This is an Exciting Desktop Support role which will involve some travel. Ideally we would like to have a candidate who speaks fluent french but not essential.
You will be experienced in providing 1st and 2nd line Active Directory and Exchange support, server support, PC and printer check and maintenance.
As part of the role you will be participating in team meetings, incident and problem management and change management. ITIL qualification is highly desirable.
