Our client based in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen a major supplier of Fabrication Machinery and Machine Tools, Consumables and Tooling to a variety of industries are looking to recruit a Financial Administrator.
Ideal candidates MUST have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Programs and will have Accounts related experience and possibly be part-qualified.
Responsibilities are listed below but would mainly involve managing the Sales & Purchase Ledgers of the company on our clients software system and managing the relationship with their outsourced accountants.
Financial Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable (Sales Ledger, Debt Chasing, Daily Invoicing, Credits).
- Accounts Payable (Purchase Leger, Supplier Payments inc Foreign).
- Account Application/Terms (Customer/Supplier).
- Banking (Day to day inc Card Payments).
- Daily Financial Reporting to Management (Sales,GP etc).
- Day to day liaison with Outsourced Accountants (monthly Management A/C's & Final Accounts).
Hours - 8am to 4.30pm with 30min lunch.
Salary - £20-25K per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
