A well known financial services company based in Perth are looking to recruit a Pensions Administrator to work within their Staff Pensions area. The job will primarily deal with the administration processes surrounding legacy defined benefit and money purchase pension schemes.

Due to an increase in work, the department are looking to offer a long term career opportunity to an experienced administrator. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company staff are offered a seamless pensions service before and after retirement. This will include keeping members informed about their pensions and the various options available to them through bespoke letter writing and telephone work, undertaking accurate valuation calculations and maintaining up-to-date member details on internal systems. Project work for legacy schemes will involve investigation into legal agreements for TUPE staff and the implementation of processes for changing regulations. The job will offer a high performer the chance to step up into a supervisory position, deputising for senior members of the team and providing a point of technical expertise.

To be considered for this vacancy, you must have previous Defined Benefit Pensions Administration experience. You should be able to display an ability to work accurately when calculating valuations and be comfortable dealing with clients on the phone and in writing.
