General Foreman Edinburgh

My client is a main contractor with a reputation for completing high value, mixed use developments.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced cladding / external envelop foreman Edinburgh.

The role would last for circa 30-35 weeks and be on a CIS or ltd basis.

The role will involve overseeing all external works from cladding, roofing to window installations. You will be expected to supervise tradesmen on site and ensure all work is being carried out in line with the design of the project and health and safety policy.

To be considered you must hold as a minimum

First Aid

CSCS Card

(CITB 5 Day would be an advantage)

Candidates must demonstrate specific cladding / envelope experience gained from trade level or within supervisory roles within envelop contractors.

The role is due to start in early march and candidates will need to be available to interview in Feb.
