Part-Time Evening Customer Service Falkirk (Town)   £6.70 per hour

We are seeking an experienced PART TIME AFTERNOONS/EVENING/WEEKEND Customer Care Specialist for our successful and growing client in the local Falkirk area.

HOURS:  Either 12pm -8pm or 5pm-8pm (Monday-Friday) plus a Saturday 9am-5pm

Candidates must have a genuine reason for seeking Part-time work and looking to do approximately 22 - 30 hours every week.

Job Purpose:

• To deliver exceptional Customer Service to clients through your professionalism and care for the client's needs.
• You will be entirely responsible for explaining the benefits of working with the organisation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Taking Inbound calls - retentions and upgrades
• Working towards targets
• Responding to emails
• Excellent ability to multi-task between calls and emails.

Skills Required

• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience in Ms Office (Outlook & Word)
• Organised and can prioritise workload in order of importance
• Can deal with adhoc duties as and when required
• Be well presented, polite and friendly
• Good at managing difficult situations calmly and effectively
• Good commercial awareness
• Accurate Data Entry skills
• Enjoys helping others and can work as part of a team.
