An opportunity has now arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join the Accounts Department.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be involved in working alongside our sales and operation team and assisting them by processing invoices, credit control and providing reports. Maintain accurate records for all ledgers. Provide reports to accounts supervisor.

 Key responsibilities will include:

•Processing invoices for Sales & Purchase ledgers

•Bank Reconciliations

•Various Reports to HMRC

•Month End Reconciliations

•Credit Control

•To be considered for this position, you must

•Be educated to at least HND level

Have experience of credit control

Work well within Team and individually.

•Have experience of IT and software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

•Show enthusiasm, with high motivation and a results driven mentality

•Have previous experience in a customer facing role
