Senior Quality Manager ( Contract) Blantyre   £ 30 -60 / hour

Hudson has a contract opportunity for a Senior Quality Manager for its World Class Manufacturing business at its site near Glasgow, UK .

As part of the Senior Management Team, the Senior Quality Manager will lead the development and implementation of all manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Lean Improvement initiatives including the Integration of new products into existing quality systems and processes.

You will be fully versed in a variety of Process Improvement methodologies such as 5s, Six Sigma, Kaizen or SPC and be able to demonstrate exceptional man-management and communication skills able to drive influence change at all levels.

The successful candidate will have a strong Lead Audit background with appropriate Qualifications and experience of working to high manufacturing standards such as ISO 13485, TS 16949, ISO 14001.

You will be expected to display excellent leadership behaviors and be able to influence at all levels of the organisation. In addition you will have first class interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external customers and be a natural problem solver with a willingness to be flexible towards hours and job content.
