Gas Service / Operations Manager Grangemouth   £Neg

The McDougall Group are a leading Property Services Company serving Housing Associations across Central Scotland and are looking to expand their Gas Service and Repair Business.

Candidates will:
• Have minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role, ideally within the social housing sector and be able demonstrate how they have improved that business.
• Minimally qualified to technician level with diagnostics & installation experience across a wide range of domestic boilers.
• Have excellent communication skills at all levels of the business with a hands on approach.
• Be self-motivated and committed to delivering Customer Service Excellence to our clients.
• Have a basic understanding of estimating for both repairs and installations.
• Proven ability to solve problems, make decisions and take ownership of customer queries to resolution.
• Be able to identify and implement innovative business improvements.
