My client is looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join their team based locally in Perth. This role is ideally suited to an individual who has gained strong experience within a small team, working as predominantly a bookkeeper with administrative duties. This is a part-time position for 3 days a week approx 20 hours; flexible working times are available.

To be successful in applying you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong experience in using accounting software
  • Strong experience in office administration
  • Some experience in working with payroll software
  • Experience in processing all transaction and accounting functions through to trial balance,
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

The Role: We are looking for a candidate who is highly proficient in carrying out a wide range of bookkeeping / administration tasks in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal Candidate will have positive can-do attitude and work well as part of a team but equally on own initiative.
