Accounts Functions
• Perform the day to day processing of accounts payable transactions.
• Receive and verify invoices.
• Prepare batches of invoices and complete data entry.
• Process reports
• Prepare cheque run on monthly basis.
• Maintain the general ledger.
• Maintain updated vendor files
• Verify calculations and input codes into the accounts system in an accurate manner.
• Prepare cheques for payment
