Area Service Manager Dunfermline   £30+ per hour

 I require a Manager to work on behalf of my nationally recognised client - client base is adults with Learning Disabilities.

• This is a six to twelve month contract.
• Must have Care related qualification and RMA.

Key Duties:

To ensure that service user needs, choices and aspirations are met, in line with SSSC and Care Commission Codes of Practice, through the effective management of operational activity

To implement systems, practices and controls to ensure all regulatory, legal and National Care requirements are met in the service delivery

To efficiently and effectively prepare and deliver operational plans to ensure the service user needs and choices are met

To effectively recruit, manage and develop staff to provide an appropriately skilled and experienced workforce

To carefully plan, implement and monitor records and controls taking remedial action as appropriate to ensure all financial matters and assets relating to the service are managed

To embrace and implement the quality management system to ensure that the service continually improves and is able to provide high standards of care to its service users

To implement effective risk management practices to provide a safe and caring environment for both staff and service users

To regularly review and develop service user plans through the liaising with external professionals, individuals and families to ensure that the needs of service users are met

To identify and participate in or provide required training relevant to the role

To promote a sense of common purpose through the embodiment of my Client's Mission, Vision and Values

To ensure high standards of service delivery through the consistent application of recognised standards and established policies, procedures and practices

To work in a safe and effective manner at all times

To undertake any other duties related to the responsibilities of the post and which may be delegated by my client.
