Denholm’s client, a market leader with an unrivalled UK presence and reputation for quality, are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join their growing marketing division.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for setting the overall direction for a portfolio of products. Specifically, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing relevant positioning and activities in line with the agreed direction and key strategies for a number of audiences across consumer and trade. In addition, you will support on best practise within the business, assisting others with project areas that are new to them, but an area where you have a wealth of knowledge. You will act as a Brand Guardian educating both internal and external audiences, as well as driving growth throughout the business, by utilising key insights on customers and exploiting business opportunities.

This varied and challenging role will suit a highly commercial individual, who has the ability to translate customer needs and future market trends. As an effective communicator and influencer, you will have capability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and colleagues throughout the business.

You will have a proven track record in all areas of brand/Product management ideally gained with a high quality consumer brand. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have successfully worked in a fast paced environment where strategic brand building is complimented by all areas of the marketing mix, including PR, digital and social media. Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous experience in securing customer commitment and consumer purchases resulting in brand growth. This role will also suit individuals from an Agency background.
