The role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager for a Leading Scottish Charity. You will have lead responsibility for the delivery of an innovative social enterprise which creates training and employment for young people and adults with learning disabilities across the region including Angus, Dundee, Perth, Kinross and Fife.
You will manage a team of staff, build long term relationships with funders, employers, local business's and voluntary sector agencies.
The candidate: We are looking for a proven Business Manager with a can do approach to business start up with the skills to develop a successful social enterprise, and the ability to inspire, motivate and support staff. Ideally you will come from a background in Employment services.
The Package: Excellent salary plus benefits which include contributory pension scheme.
