Dual Qualified Real Estate Solicitor Glasgow

PRG are recruiting for a dual qualified solicitor to join the Edinburgh office of one of the country’s leading law firms.

This is a fantastic opportunity for career progression, dealing with a wide range of clients, including Banks, Retailers, Institutional Investors and engaging in cross border work.

The workload will be varied, including letting and lease management work for landlords, preparing facility and security documentation involving assets in Scotland, England & Wales, dealing with property elements of corporate transactions and providing advice on general banking/finance matters.

This position would suit an ambitious solicitor with 2-3 years PQ, dual qualified (Scotland/England & Wales) with experience in English commercial property work. Good inter-personal skills and commercial awareness are essential.
