PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY UNDERWRITER Glasgow   £25000 - £29000 per annum

Reed Insurance are recruiting for an international insurance company who are currently looking for a Professional Indemnity Underwriter to join their team based in Glasgow. This is an exciting new position that is being created with a company that is currently expanding their UK operations.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A PI UNDERWRITER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS VACANCY.
Experienced in dealing with new and existing business you will :
•Be able to calculate premium rates and assess risk levels
•Be able to establish and develop accounts with a panel of insurance brokers
•Work closely with the development executives to produce competitive presentations
•Be a strong team player
•Meet company service standards
In order to be considered for this position you will have :
•Progress with a professional insurance qualification
•Experience in Commercial products underwriting
•Strong people skills
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
