Life Technologies currently has a vacancy for a Senior Customer Service Representative at its European Headquarters in Paisley near Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic individual to join a fast paced global Life Sciences organisation.

REPORTING TO: Customer Service Team Leader

Purpose
Works on improvements of central systems and applications and creates standard reports out of SAP and on customer request specific analysis. To support the European Customer Service team in running and uploading of reports and analysis for Key Performance Indicators.

Major Responsibilities
- Analysis of SAP data and creates standard reports. On customer request, creates business specific reports and analysis. Maintains SAP tables for specific business functions.
- Records needs for improvements from internal users of the systems and keeps track of system related problems.
- Provides support and consultancy to super-users of the system. May be required to analyse, recommend and implement sales and marketing systems or upgrades as part of a global or regional team. Provide support and input into SAP project work and testing as and when required.
- Create and maintain master records in SAP. Maintain Instrument Equipment Records and keep the data in synch with SAP Customer Master Data.
- Support European Customer Services with accurate reporting information from SAP and Business Objects. Ensure the Key Performance Indicator data is uploaded on a monthly basis for evaluation by region.

Skills/Experience Required
- Profound knowledge of different communication tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Fluent English Language skills.
- Relevant job experience.
