Multiple opportunities exist with this market leader for experienced Sales Operations Managers to join their business at a key period of change. With the customer at the heart of everything you do, you will manage your Sales Operation as your own business focusing on strategy and performance delivery whilst creating a culture which engages and empowers your staff to take accountability for the customer experience.

As a Sales Operation Manager, you will manage and motivate around 7 Team Managers to effectively manage their teams of sales agents to achieve key business goals and retain their customer base whilst promoting additional products to each caller. The sales function includes new to business customers, win back and retentions.  A key part of your role will be to challenge the status quo and identify areas of improvement.  In addition, you will ensure continuous communication and encourage feedback whilst training and developing your team to maximise performance and lead in the recruitment of people for your area.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need

• A proven track record of managing through managers within a fast paced contact centre environment
• Extensive experience of implementing change to culture and processes
• Excellent communications skills
• An ability to motivate and coach others to success
• A creative and innovative approach
• Strong influencing skills
