Our Welcome department is responsible for new customers through their first 90 days of being with Sky. This is a varied role involving all forms of communication with our customers, processing customer Broadband, Sky Talk and TV orders and helping our customers with any questions or issues they may have as they become familiar with their new products and services.

As a Welcome Advisor you are integral to our organisation in providing exceptional service to our customers. You need excellent communication skills to manage our customer's accounts and ensure our customers enquiries and needs are met at the first point of contact. Understanding what the customer wants and looking for opportunities to promote and sell our other products and services are key to ensuring our customer gets the most from us. Full system and product training is provided when you start with us to help you become the best.
