Working within the Property Division of the City Development Department, you will be responsible for the efficient management and development of the Council's property portfolio.

You will have experience of commercial property estates management, including undertaking valuations, lettings and in handling rent review and lease renewal negotiations.
You must be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, be computer literate preferably with a working knowledge of property management systems.

You will possess good communication skills, be able to work on your own initiative, take direction and work as part of a team.
