Salary/Wage: £21,438 - £34,200 pro rata per annum
Hours: 17.5 hours per week
Location: Balmoral Primary School

Please note, priority will be given to staff on the redeployment list. You will work within Integrated Children’s Services Complex Needs Team to support pre-school children with additional support needs attending pre-school settings in the private and voluntary sector partnership groups. A degree or diploma in education or PGCE/PGDE along with evidence of continued personal professional development and experience in working independently and current knowledge of legislation/practice affecting pre-school and ante pre-school is essential. Full Registration with the General Teaching Council for Scotland is also essential.
As the post holder will be required to visit schools / premises located throughout Scottish Borders, a current driving license and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement. However, if you have a disability which precludes you from holding a driving license, consideration will be given if alternative transport can be arranged.
