A large Public Sector organisation is looking to recruit an experienced CDM Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. The contract is set to start immediately and is likely to run for at least 6 months.
You will be working as part of a team providing CDM Coordination and advice on a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects. Specific duties include;
- Providing advice to the client on designer’s and contractor’s competencies for the provision of health & safety.
- Co-ordinating the flow of Health & Safety information between clients, contractors and designers.
- Produce, amend and manage Health & Safety Plans, protocols and files for framework contractors and consultants
- Advise on the suitability of initial construction phase plans
To apply for this post you should have at least 5 year’s experience working as CDM Coordinator or Planning Supervisor on new build and refurbishment projects. Public sector building experience would be an advantage. You should ideally be Member of the Association of Project Safety or an equivalent recognised Institution. In addition it is essential that you hold a valid UK driving license.
