Our client is an IT Services organisation who is thought leaders in Infrastructure Services, Workspace, Connectivity and Consulting. Part of a Global organization, with a turn-over of €1.97 billion in 2010 they have both an impressive client base and growth strategy.

They are now looking to recruit a Service Now Super User based in Inchinnan. We are looking for a service desk professional, who has experience of being the ‘go to’ person on ticketing tools, being the subject matter expert when it comes to that system and how to train internal and external users on it.

The role ranges from liaising and dealing with new customers to providing support on Service Management tool, preferably Service Now. Be responsible for completing the Service Now upload sheet in conjunction with Service Delivery and ICTO. Act as a point of contact for all Service Now issues, changes, new customers, migrations and training. Be fully involved in transitions of new service desks and large projects. This would include time away visiting customer’s for due diligence and data gathering. Working closely with BID teams and service architects on potential new business. The role also requires a certain degree of flexibility in working hours.

Experience Required;

• Strong working experience in a Service desk environment.
• Experience of various service desk tools (service now highly desirable)
• Must be an organized and self-motivated individual, effective team player
• Understanding of ITIL Service Management fundamentals
• Experience of working with database applications e.g. SQL, Business Objects
• Good presentation skills, good communication and time management skills.
• Good client-facing skills
